It was over one hundred years ago Hargraves refined and defined the Compound Box Kite.
I still find them as graceful and charming today as I am sure they were back then.
These versions, carrying full carbon tube and rod frames, fly at a neck achingly high angle and in a wide range of winds.
It is always surprising how little wind they need to remain aloft.
